Medical Services
Each Homewood Clinic has a psychiatrist or an addiction-medicine physician who is available to consult with you to facilitate continuity of care and to ensure that you, the referring practitioner, have been involved in the treatment, discharge and aftercare plan for your patient.
At The Homewood Clinics, your patients have immediate access to medical and psychiatric professionals who provide diagnostic clarity and support for treatment and return to work planning. Our physicians also evaluate, prescribe and monitor medications including those for ambulatory withdrawal management and medication assisted abstinence.

As the referring practitioner, you will be engaged in the circle of care with ongoing progress and outcome reporting. Our clinicians will consult with you to facilitate continuity of care and to ensure holistic care for your patient. The Homewood Clinics manage consent, where appropriate, via secure, collaborative information sharing with a patient’s primary care practitioner. We strictly adhere to all provincial personal health information and privacy guidelines.
