Recovery Management

No effective treatment program is complete without a focus on Recovery Management, reintegration and relapse prevention. Recovery Management (aftercare) programs are designed as multi-month, counsellor-led support programs delivered after more intensive in-patient, residential or outpatient treatment has been received and the individual has returned to their local community. These programs are designed to maintain an on-going connection to the therapeutic approach and to the knowledge, skills and tools gained during treatment to assist with the transition back to community, family and often, employment.

Homewood Health currently provides tailored, individual, in-person and telephonic recovery and relapse management services for mental health and addictions through our national network of expert counsellors.

In addition to our individual recovery management programs, Homewood Health is expanding its capability to deliver group-based recovery and relapse management programs that support the client/patient and where appropriate, family members. These services are delivered in Homewood Health Clinics located in urban locations across Canada.

We continue to expand our recovery management programs and locations to ensure that we are providing group and/or individual structured Recovery and Relapse Management programs both that support the client/patient, and where appropriate family members.
